Providers are specialists, like a surgeon, and you received a separate bill for the administration of professional services. This bill is also separate from the facility fees that may have references to supply charges, equipment charges, etc. Additionally, some practices use a care team, which includes charges from a physician and a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) or anesthesiologist assistant (AA). In this instance, many insurance companies require sending two separate claims. This does not mean you have been double billed; rather, it is a requirement to ensure your claim is properly processed.
The information you need should be available on your most recent statement. If you don’t have a statement or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact us using one of the methods listed at the bottom of this page.

Data you provide cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web. We do not share your information with anyone else. Security is maintained by industry-standard SSL/TLS (secure socket layer / transport layer security) encryption and decryption technology. The SSL/TLS protocol is used to ensure that your information is sent directly to us, and that only we can decode it. Please take notice of our security certificate listed on our online payment site. The payment site you are accessing meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations and certifications.
You may edit your saved payment method by logging into your account, clicking on your name in the upper right corner, and then selecting My wallet. Your saved payment method(s) will be listed. You have the option to click on any of the saved methods to make changes or add a new payment method.
Your balance will not change immediately after making a payment. We need time to process and post your payment to your account before your balance will change. Please check back after a few days.
Yes. While logged into your account, click on View payment history and then View receipt to print a copy. To email or text yourself a copy, click on Account activity and then click on the payment you made. You will then have the option to Send email receipt or Send text receipt.
